Master-Class

Master-Class with Founders

The ‘Master-Class with Founders’ session for college and MBA students aims to support more and more young people to follow their passion and make it big. In the last couple of years, over 100 hangouts have been conducted across different cities in India. The idea is to upgrade some key skills of the attendees. The master-class will be focused on any one of the three following themes based on your preference –

  1. Think like an Entrepreneur
  2. Hack Your Brain to Follow Your Passion
  3. Corporate Communications
  4. Being a Global Indian!

Think like an Entrepreneur
The theme focuses on sharing one of the world’s best-kept secrets by companies and recruiters in general. The fact that one of the most important criteria for selecting a candidate for a job, is a special competency called ‘entrepreneurial outlook’. The speakers will share their wisdom about how one can develop this mindset and think in a global and sustainable manner to become a successful professional or entrepreneur. The master-class will finish with an exciting challenge to be done by all attendees and a reward for the winner.

Hack Your Brain to Follow Your Passion
The theme focuses on a common challenge faced by today’s young people – how does one follow his/her passion and make it into a successful career and lifestyle. The speakers will share insights from their real life experiences and inspiring stories of some amazing individuals to provide a roadmap. Some key hacks will be covered as well to help you find innovative solutions to challenges related to decision-making, career and life in general. The master-class will finish with an exciting challenge to be done by all attendees and a reward for the winner.

Corporate Communications
The theme focuses on the essential skills for effective communication – making a resume, doing an effective job interview, personal brand management and other related topics. Most students lack the skills and confidence required to apply for jobs and higher studies. The speakers will share their expert knowledge from the area of recruitment and help the attendees upgrade their communication skills. The master-class will finish with an exciting challenge to be done by all attendees and a reward for the winner.

Being a Global Indian!

Nelson Mandela said, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” Education is the key to eliminating gender inequality, to reducing poverty, to creating a sustainable planet, to preventing needless deaths and illness, and to fostering peace. Many of us are aware about the challenges involved in getting admission into a top university at a global level. The ‘Being a Global Indian’ master-class is for those who want to explore higher studies opportunities abroad and want to know more about the application process and financial support. Indian students need a diverse exposure to become global citizens. In today’s fast changing world, it has become a dire necessity to merge the western progressive culture in education, with Indian values and empower more and more people to become ‘Global Indians’. Being a Global Indian is important today because it helps us to find the best academic and career opportunities and also analyse a plethora of experiences in India as well as abroad. The influx of attitudes is what will help a new and better India emerge. At Human Circle, we recognize this need and the difficulty of aspiring students to look for the right colleges and institutions abroad. We are keen to cater to the needs of future Global Indians.

The master-class will be conducted by the founders of Human Circle – Kamal Seth and Wioleta Burdzy Seth. Kamal and Wioleta are also the creators of ‘Young India Challenge’ and have a combined experience of 20+ years in the area of skill development, entrepreneurship, recruitment, effective communication, mentorship and life coaching. They have recruited for several companies like Microsoft, Nestle and Philips.
